Inter gaining momentum as Napoli are held by Fiorentina

Inter moved up to fourth place after defeating Bologna 4-1.

New coach Leonardo has seen his Inter win four games in a row.

Milan must win today against Lecce if they want to keep a good distance from Inter, as Leonardo’s team still has two games in hand.

A double from Samuel Eto’o and goals from Dejan Stankovic and Diego Milito sealed the affair. Bologna scored a goal from a corner kick late in the match thanks to Henry Gimenez.

The Inter playing under Leonardo is practically a photocopy of the team that played under Mourinho. Leonardo has paired up Milito and Eto’o at the front and they are already becoming nightmare for any teams defence. With this momentum, Inter will surely be the team to contest Milan for the Scudetto.

In the earlier match, Napoli were held by Fiorentina in a 0-0 draw.

If Napoli had won the match, they could have moved within one point of leaders Milan.

Both teams had great chances to score, but good goalkeeping and defence kept the ball out of the net.
