Pato brace sinks Sampdoria

Milan progress to the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia, thanks to a brace from Alexandre Pato.

The goals arrived on the 17^th  and  22^nd  minute.

Five minutes into the second half, Stefano Guberti cut the lead in half to give Sampdoria a lifeline.

Milan had to work hard to protect the one goal advantage after the Sampdoria goal.

Sampdoria had most of the possession in the second half, but it was not enough to get the equaliser.
