Shaun Bajada’s freekick on the 15^th  minute was saved by Tarxien’s goalkeeper David Cassar.

Sergio Pacheco;s freekick for Tarxien was defelcted by Birkirkara’s goalkeeper Michael Fraser.

Birkirkara’s Emiliano Lattes went close to scoring  but his close-range shot was saved by David Cassar on the 37^th  minute.

Birkirkara were showing their dominance and Shaun Bajada’s shot went just wide on the 56^th  minute.

Luke Vella Critien,  kept the ball out of the net for Tarxien as he cleared the ball off the goal line after attempts from Vukanac and Babatunde.

Birkirkara and Tarxien had to settle for a point each as the match ended goalless.
