The Maroons forged ahead on the 12th minute. Nikolai Muscat went down the right flank before delivering the ball towards Haruna Garba who finished inside the net from close range.

Darren Abdilla’s men doubled their lead on the 68th minute. Garba’s cross was met by Andrew Cohen and the veteran slotted the ball home.

St Andrews pulled one back on the 74th minute. Following a cross by Martin Davis, Matthew Woo Ling placed the ball home.
