A triumphant return
Last Thursday a dream came true when Swedish jockey Daniel Mattson won the first race after defeating cancer earlier this year.

Together with Winner By An Inch the 26 year old won by a whopping 13 lengths at Taby Galopp racetrack.
“This is a victory I’ve been fighting for. For people that haven’t suffered cancer it can be hard to imagine how hard I’ve worked to get here”, Daniel Olsson commented after the race.
