New Ferrari F1 car to be named F14 T
Ferrari's new F1 car will be named the 'F14 T', after a fan poll comprising of more than one million votes.
Having opened on January 15, the five-option poll attracted an exact total of 1,123,741 voters from around the globe, with 369,711 in favour of the aforementioned title, which equated to a majority 32.9 percent share.
The moniker 'F166 Turbo' finished a close second with 350,607 votes, or a 31.2 percent share, ahead of 'F14 Scuderia' (211,263 / 18.8 percent), 'F14 Maranello' (138,220 / 12.3 percent) and 'F616' (53,940 / 4.8 percent).
Ferrari will present its newly-named 2014 challenger in an online launch at 1.30pm GMT on Saturday.
