Second edition of the Malta Wrestling Open Championship

Following the success of the first edition held last December which the Maltese national team won when they defeated opposition from Wales and England. The event will be held at the Naxxar Boys Secondary as last year.
This year the Maltese team won the Wales Open in April and an English competition in Bradford, England. This shows the progress the Maltese wrestlers are obtaining under the direction of national coach Jesmond Giordimaina helped by assistant coach Abraham Vassallo.
