A week after, on Friday 19th October, a gathering was organised to present the belts and certificates as well as congratulate these successful students in a warm family atmosphere.
The Malta Taekwondo Federation has just celebrated 25 years of Taekwondo in Malta this year. During this commemoration, Sabomnim Stephen Formosa (director of the Taekwondo Dragon Club) was handed an award of appreciation by Mr. Brian Saliba, the current president, for his dedication and services towards the development of Taekwondo in Malta.
Lastly, on Sunday 28th October, 10 athletes representing the Taekwondo Dragon Club took part in the 21st Kyorugi National Championships. The following 5 members won their respective categories:
