Wheelchair Handball – A great start

The Festival organised, also in collaboration with the Malta Paralympic Committee and Inspire, was held on Sunday 28th April between 0900 and 1200 at the University Sports Hall. All participants were engaged in friendly games and the atmosphere in the hall was a festive one. However, the association is more ambitious as it sees wheelchair handball as playing a more definite role on its competitions' agenda. The MHA aims at having wheelchair handball competitive tournaments feature in its annual calendar. Already as from season 2013-14 the MHA slotted three half day tournaments and in the coming weeks a committee will be formed to draft the first regulations for these tournaments.
