Excellent result for Mario Pace at IFBB World Masters Championships

Bodybuilder Mario Pace achieved a very good result when he placed 10^th out of 17 competitors during the IFBB Masters World Championships that took place in Antalya, Turkey between the 10^th and 13^th December.

This was an excellent result considering the level of championships the IFBB organizes.

IFBB Malta’s committee wishes to remind all bodybuilding enthusiasts that the 2011 national championships will take palce on Saturday 23^rd April at the Cottonera Sports Complex.

There will be the introduction of classic bodybuilding & the mixed pairs class. Last year the only couple who took part, Ralph Decelis & Blanche Coppola, achieved a prestigious result when they finished second in the European Championships and this encouraged other couples to take part.

There will be also the novices, juniors and masters classes apart from all the weight classes. The interses in the nationals already is very high and they will serve as a great preparation for the IFBB Mediterranean Championships which will take place in Malta next November.

Anyone wishing to compete in next year’s IFBB contests has to pay the annual membership fee as soon as possible. More details will be given in a general meeting which will take place in January.
