Nadal defeats Federer to claim sixth French Open title

Nadal will continue to hold onto the No.1 ranking with this victory.

Rafael Nadal defended his title in Paris with a 7-5 7-6(3) 5-7 and 6-1 win to see him match tennis legend Bjorn Borg’s record of six titles at Roland Garros.

Federer started the match in a much for positive mood than Nadal, but Raphael started to improve as the match went on.
