Fish to perform at Zebbug Night Fest
In what has become an annual event after it kicked off four years ago, the Night Fest at Zebbug – organised by the Local Council – will take place on Saturday, June 16 from 19:00 onwards.
The main attraction for this year's edition of the festival will be a live performance from the internationally-renowned musician Fish. Fish - who has performed in Malta in the past - is a former member of the rock band Marillion, as well as being a solo artist in his own right.
During the event, the Zebbug main square and its surroundings will be transformed into a medieval village, boasting a whole array of traditional Zebbugi and Maltese customs, mores, crafts, traditional costumes, militaria, and various re-enactments throughout the event. Medieval stalls featuring arts and crafts, food, drink and delicacies and a vast array of culture and music will adorn the city centre.
Special attractions this year will include a 25-minute 'Around Zebbug' itinerary on the Malta Fun Train, guest dancers and traditional Maltese ghana, children's playing area, healthy food outlets and other activities for the whole family.
The very first Toyota vintage car ever purchased in Europe will also be on show - a treat for all automotive enthusiasts.
