The luxury property brand launched locally in June 2013, opening headquarters in Swatar close to CSB Group; the parent company which originally attracted Sotheby's Real Estate to Malta. The new office launch follows the first official inauguration of high-end realty brand Malta Sotheby's International Realty that took place in June at the Hilton Quarterdeck, Portomaso where Parliamentary Secretary for Competitiveness and Economic Growth, Edward Zammit Lewis and Sotheby's International Realty CEO Philip White addressed guests.
