Panta wins electrical works contract for SkyParks Business Centre

Panta Contracting recently won the electrical works contract for SkyParks Business Centre whereby the building services company will be installing all electrical works such as switchgear, distribution systems, lighting and power, including a 800KVA generator.

The building services contractor will supply the seven floors of office space and related amenities for the SkyParks Business Centre which encompasses a total floor area of 21,465sqm.

The scope of Panta Contracting's works also includes a sophisticated building management system which enables full automation and flexibility in managing all building processes.

This way, SkyParks Business Centre sets the infrastructure to develop state-of-the-art corporate headquarters specifically crafted to exceed the expectations of tomorrow's discerning tenants through the use of uncompromising engineering standards, communication and diagnostics.

Panta Contracting Ltd will also be installing an independent electrical metering system in which all electrical parameters of the main electrical distribution system can be monitored through a dedicated computer. The main switchboard will also include a system to switch the load onto the standby generator system in case of power failure. The system will also monitor and control the load depending on the demand at the time.
