Gasan Finance plc increases share capital by €228,878

Gasan Finance Company Limited had increased its issued share capital by €238,878 through capitalisation of reserves. Thus the company’s total issued share capital had now reached €3.5 million.

A company announcement early this afternoon by Gasan Finance company secretary Juan Debattista explained that a result of this, the nominal value of the company’s shares had increased from €2.329373 to €2.50 per share.
