Atlas Healthcare promotes a healthy lifestyle with Stellina

Atlas Healthcare has launched a competition together with Stellina’s Lifestyle Changes to give away a number of free fitness packages to the lucky winners.

Anyone can participate by visiting the Atlas Facebook page to take part in a short quiz on health and fitness. By completing the quiz, participants enter the draw to win.

“As part of our Atlas Wellness programme, we will also be offering AXA PPP healthcare clients and staff free beginners’ exercise classes, when they attend an educational talk on fitness with Stellina’s Lifestyle Changes. ” said Catherine Calleja, Managing Director of Atlas Healthcare.

“As a company, we are always looking into new ways to promote a healthier lifestyle, such as organising circuit training and yoga classes for staff, as well as a walking club which is training for the Malta Marathon.”

The competition ends on 6 February 2015, with the winners being announced on 10 February.
