MyMelita App exceeds 11,000 downloads
MyMelita enables Melita customers to manage their account in a most convenient environment
The MyMelita app for smartphones and tablets has exceeded 11,000 downloads in just three months since it became available on iTunes Store and Google Play.
The free app is unique for Malta and the telecommunications industry. MyMelita enables Melita customers to manage their account in a most convenient environment where it brings together both prepaid and postpaid subscriptions for Mobile, Internet, Television and fixed Telephony services.
“We are focused on improving our customers' experience across all touch points of the Company. We believe that giving customers more access, control and transparency over their account is a key element in achieving this. The feedback from customers has been amazing and we are witnessing a month-on-month increase in self care usage via the MyMelita app.
"Typically, our customers are using the app for checking balances, bundle quotas, registered devices, store locations, bill viewing and payments. Completely developed in-house by Melita's technology team, this app was made possible by the Company's multi-million Euro investment in a new, converged billing and CRM system,” commented Malcolm Briffa, Director of PR & Customer Experience.

Since launch the MyMelita App has had a number of new features added including monitoring of melitaWIFI quota and registered devices, purchasing and monitoring of prepaid mobile bundles, as well as various improvements in design and flow.
