Belair Property goes to the City

Belair Property has continued to strengthen its position as a leading player in the real estate industry, and its new office in the heart of Malta’s capital city is a declaration of intent on the way the company considers the crucial importance of Valletta in the local property market.

The office – situated in St Lucia Street (metres down from the Embassy Shopping Complex) - is strategically located at the heart of the legal quarter next to the Law Courts, and still metres away from the main thoroughfare in Valletta.

Commenting about this decision, Belair Property Managing Director, Ian Casolani described this as a fundamental step in the Company’s positioning. “Everybody is aware of the crucial role Valletta is playing in the local estate market. We soft launched this office earlier this year, through which we enhanced our presence and more importantly got closer to both the properties and clients in the city.”

Casolani added that 2015 has been a very important milestone year for the Company, with major investments both in its internal structures as well as from a growth strategy perspective.

He concluded by saying that “Our presence in Valletta is not only about Belair Property’s growth and increased success, but more so it is about how Valletta’s transformation over recent years can be a catalyst for change in what is Malta’s jewel in the crown.”
