“The Leadership Training Programme did not only expand our leadership skills, it also changed the way we look at Leadership. IDEA Leadership & Management Institute made it easy for us to conveniently hold our lectures, with trainers that managed to explain Management and Leadership concepts by giving us tangible examples that relate to our workplace. Everyone was engaged through well-structured group-work that provoked us to re-think how we manage our time, work as a team and move forward in a way that benefits everyone. We were so happy with the training programme, we followed it up with the Customer Service Training Programme,” trainee and marketing manager at Rerpo David Mifsud said.
