New menus, new uniforms make Air Malta ‘totally Malta’
Crew gets new scarves and ties, menus to include bragioli and chicken ravioli
Air Malta passengers will notice new touched to the airline's in-flight service and catering, with more variety, Maltese flavours, and new in-flight menus.
The new menu, designed by SkyGourmet, introduces beef bragioli and chicken ravioli with spinach and cream sauce, as well as Maltese honey desserts such as the honey stick.
Club class menus were changed at the beginning of August and improved service will be launched in Economy class will start on the 15 August.
A new uniform will also see scarves and ties reflecting the design featured in the airline's new livery.
"These changes are part and parcel of the airline's new vision - Flying the Pride of Malta - and supported by its mission and positioning in representing 100% Malta," the airline said.
