Nadur man injured after collision with bus

A 51-year-old Nadur resident was injured yesterday after a traffic accident in Nadur last night.

At about 10:15pm, the Daihatsu Terios the man was driving collided head-on with a bus, driven by a 33-year-old Qala resident.

The Civil Protection Department arrived on site to help free the Nadur man from his car and he was taken to Gozo General hospital for treatment.

At the time, he was certified as being in danger of losing his life. This morning however his condition seems to have improved and is now stable.

Police investigations are ongoing.
