Passenger grievously injured as car crashes into tree
A woman who was a passenger in a car was grievously injured this morning, while the driver got away with minor injuries
A man and a woman were injured this morning when the car they were driving crashed into a tree.
The 28-year-old man suffered minor injuries while the woman, 44, who was a passenger, suffered grievous injuries as a result of the crash, which took place in Triq Hal Luqa in Rahal Gdid at 7:15am.
The man was driving when he lost control of his Nissan Sunny and headed into a tree.
An ambulance was called which took the two Zabbar residents to Mater Dei hospital to receive medical treatment.
Police investigations are still underway.
