[WATCH] Rain keeps the hawkers away, ‘it’s not my fault’ says Muscat

Braving the chilly weather and rain, Labour leader Joseph Muscat this morning visited the Mosta market, where he met with hawkers and residents. As he shook hands with the hawkers, Muscat joked that he wasn't responsible for the rain and cold that hit the locality this morning.
