French President Francois Hollande has given Labour leader Joseph Muscat his personal, recorded endorsement in a YouTube video uploaded by the Labour Party.
Hollande says: "The 9 March will allow Joseph Muscat to join us in the European Council of ministers.. I need him, Europe needs Mlata, and we all need a strong economic growth in Europe, new hope and a wider sense of solidarity.
"In other words we need change," Hollande says.
