Metal structure collapses and grievously injures worker

A 50-year-old Valletta man was grievously injured when a metal structure collapsed while he was working in Ta’ Xbiex.
Police said the accident happened at 2pm on the Ta’ Xbiex seafront.
Police said “a metal structure” collapsed onto the man but did not specify what the structure was. The man was hospitalised.
Investigations into the case are ongoing.
