George Vella resumes ministerial activities

Foreign Affairs Minister George Vella has resumed his ministerial activities following a period of recovery having undergone coronary bypass surgery.

Vella returned to his office today, and held his first appointment with Grand Chancellor Albrecht Freiherr von Boeselager of the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta.

The two sides discussed a series of subjects in view of Malta’s celebrations of the 450th anniversary of the Great Siege of Malta.
