With Easter just a week away, culinary preparations will be getting underway. Instead of spending money on prepared Easter goodies, full of preservatives, why not invest some time in home made delicacies that the whole family can enjoy. Pippa Mattei gives us the secret to her fabulous figolli and our Junior cooks prepare some Easter treats that are bound to delight any child. Not only will they enjoy indulging in these treats but they are also easy to make so they are also fun for the kids to make.

The spring season marks the beginning of the entertaining season with longer daylight hours and the warmer weather allowing long lunches in the sun. GOURMET Today’s homecooks prepare a wonderful Easter lamb on the barbeque, with a starter of lemon scallops on Milanese risotto and a dessert of refreshing Limoncello tiramisu.
