C&S Wine Café open third café at the Vivaldi Hotel
The launch of this new outlet earlier last week represents the third C&S Wine Café to be opened in Malta since the first was launched at the Cleland & Souchet flagship outlet in Portomaso in 2013.

The second outlet was opened in the departure lounge of the Malta International Airport in 2014.
The concept of the C&S Wine Café is that of a “chic café by day” and “stylish wine bar by night”. The outlet offers a menu of light and healthy meals and classic hot dishes to their signature platters to share. For drinks, the C&S Wine Café brand has made great emphasis on offering from an exceptional cup of coffee to the market leading selection of at least 20 wines by the glass.
The design of this C&S Wine Café has been entrusted to the firm Archi+ Studio and they have done an excellent job in creating a warm and cosy environment that oozes great style without making the place intimidating – in fact, it is exceptionally inviting and clients are soon made to feel truly welcome. The personal attention of the staff and their focus on their client’s total satisfaction also goes a long way to creating a great place to visit.
This latest C&S Wine Café at the Vivaldi Hotel is the result of acollaboration between Richard Cleland, Matthew Camilleri and Chris Calleja who are the Directors of Trident Catering Ltd.
The place is open all week, from 9am till late.
