Yoghurt and fresh fruit cup
Kids and grown-ups alike love fruity yoghurt but the ones you find in the supermarket are packed with hidden sugars. Sean Gravina uses a simple recipe to flavour boring old plain yoghurt to make it just as exciting as her fruity cousins using whole, healthy ingredients.
Yoghurt and fresh fruit cup
- 4 cups fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup Gozitan honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 7 cups plain Greek yogurt, stirred to loosen
- 1 cup whole raw almonds, coarsely chopped
- Handful golden sultanas
Method
- Loosen the Greek yoghurt by stirring with the lemon juice.
- Add the remaining ingredients on top and serve.
