Homemade curry crisps
Ingredients
- 3 potatoes
- Olive oil
- Curry powder
- Salt
Method
- Preheat 2 baking sheets in a 215°C oven.
- Toss thinly sliced potatoes and season with olive, salt and curry powder.
- Spread on hot baking sheet and bake for 10 mins.
