Frozen sangria slushies
Sangria is a favourite sunshine drink. Make this classic Spanish recipe even better by making it a frozen one. For best results buy fresh fruit and freeze it yourself.
Ingredients
- 250ml red wine
- 1 shot brandy
- 1 shot Cointreau
- 3 cups frozen fruit (nectarines, peaches, pineapples)
- Pinch cinnamon
- Cinnamon sticks
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a blender, setting aside a few cubes of frozen fruit for decoration.
- Blend until combined.
- Place in chilled glasses and garnish with cubed frozen fruit and cinnamon sticks.
