FIBA Europe U/16 European Championships Men Division C
The under 16 Maltese National team will be in San Marino between the 12th and 17th July for the FIBA Europe European Championships Division C.
The preparations for this tournament started months ago however the training got harder in the last days.
In this competition Malta will be playing in Group B together with Gibraltar and organizers San Marino. Andorra, Monaco and Wales will be competing in Group A. Malta will start with the first game on Tuesday against hosts San Marino. The following players have been called by National Coach Bruno Di Pietrantonio together with assistant coaches Peter Farrugia and Kristin Baldacchino:

Malta’s second game will be played on Wednesday against Gibraltar. Friday and Saturday the qualifying games will be played with the finals scheduled for Sunday 17th July. The Maltese contingent is confident to get a positive result from this competition.
