Passenger grievously injured in St Julian’s car crash

A 21-year-old Attard woman was grievously injured in a car accident last night.

The accident took place in Triq Sant’Andrija in St Julian’s at 10:30pm, when a Volkswagen Golf, driven by a 21-year-old man, resident of St Paul’s Bay, crashed into a wall.

The woman was a passenger in the car, and was subsequently hospitalised in order to receive treatment for her injuries.

Police investigations are still under way.
