St Julian's argument goes wrong, two hospitalised
A knife fight ensued after a six-man argument that led to two Colombian men being hospitalised with serious injuries
An argument between six persons developed into a knife fight in St Julian's. Two were hospitalised with serious injuries.
The argument took place at around 6am on Saturday morning in St George's Street. Police were alerted of a commotion where during the argument, a Colombian man of 27 and another Colombian man of 34 were injured.
The Police say that during the argument, a knife was used and that the 34-year-old was only trying to stop the fighting.
The two Colombians were transported to Mater Dei hospital where both were said to be suffering from serious injuries.
Police investigations are ongoing.
